Net Lease
Under a Net Lease, the lessee has responsibility for all railcar maintenance, administration, repair management, compliance, and associated insurance and taxes.
Full-Service Lease
Under a Full Service lease, Infinity has responsibility for administration, repair management, compliance, Ad Valorem taxes and insurance while the lessee assumes responsibility for damage and select repair and maintenance items usually associated with outlet gates, hatches and doors depending on the railcar configuration.
Per Diem Lease
Under a Per Diem Lease, the lessee avoids fixed lease payments and Infinity receives monthly revenues based on the hours in use and associated mileage while off-line from your location. This lease structure is generally limited to railroads or rail affiliated companies.
