Our Rail management team has diverse backgrounds across a wide range of roles, which include a broad investment knowledge and deep experience in the long-term management, repair, leasing, and financing of rail equipment.


Jeffrey Edelman, President, Rail and Intermodal

Jeff is the President of the Rail and Intermodal group and oversees its strategic development, origination, relationship management and all other operational aspects. He has more than 20 years of experience in the transportation equipment leasing industry, including accounting, marketing, operations, portfolio acquisitions, dispositions and debt facilities. Previously, Jeff served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Railcar, Ltd. and was most recently President of Perella Weinberg’s Infinity Rail group.


Duane Hosang, Chief Financial Officer, Rail and Intermodal

Duane is Chief Financial Officer for the Rail and Intermodal group and is responsible for financial reporting and oversight, portfolio projections and managing finance-related employees. Previously, he held positions as Director of the investment team at Perella Weinberg Partners. He has also served as the Vice President of Sale Syndications at CIT Group and worked as a Senior Analyst in portfolio management at Commerzbank. He started his career in operations at Alliance Bernstein. Duane holds certifications as both a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Financial Risk Manager (FRM).


Jonathan Kantor, Vice President, Portfolio Management

Jonathan is responsible for the overall management of the Rail and Intermodal portfolio, and advises on the strategic direction of its investments. Additionally, he interfaces with third-party investors, senior bank management, product specialists, clients, and other internal and external constituencies to determine potential new partnerships and drive growth. Prior to joining the Rail and Intermodal group, Jonathan started his career as a Senior Account Manager at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., and most recently served as Finance Director of Perella Weinberg’s Infinity Rail group.


Lee Martini, Head of Sales and Marketing

Lee is Vice President and Head of Sales and Marketing for the Rail group, responsible for general portfolio management and strategic growth, Rail asset acquisition and management of existing client relationships. He has been in the equipment leasing business for more than 11 years and has more than 20 years of sales experience. Previously, Lee served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Perella Weinberg’s Infinity Rail group, and spent a decade in sales management as an Enterprise National Account Manager for AT&T.


Brian Ottinger, Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Brian is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Rail group. He is responsible for portfolio acquisitions, direct origination, asset remarketing, and assisting in the development and execution of the company’s commercial strategy. Brian has more than 20 years of sales and business development experience within the transportation leasing sector. Previously, he served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, for Macquarie Rail. He most recently founded and served as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Redwood Rail.
